Speech-Language Therapy - Speech-language therapy is the core service provided by Communication Imaging. All of our therapists are certified by the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). To find out more about ASHA or speech-language pathology, visit their website at www.asha.org.
Occupational Therapy - At Communication Imaging we collaborate with Occupational Therapists who can address a client’s sensory and fine motor needs. OT’s who work with us offer strategies to help clients interact with materials and situations in their daily environments. OT’s also facilitate improved communication by helping clients increase focus, concentration and attention span.
Physical Therapy - At Communication Imaging we also collaborate with Physical Therapists who can address a client’s gross motor needs. Specifically, we work with physical therapists to improve a client’s body posture, trunk and limb strength, coordination of muscles for a variety of tasks and participation in physical or motor activities.
